- API Access Plans: Refunds for API access plans are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not exceeded 10% of the allocated API calls or endpoints. After this period or usage threshold, refunds will be prorated based on unused service.
- Consultation Services: For scheduled consultation services, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may receive a partial refund of 50% or be offered rescheduling without penalty.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized development services that have been delivered according to agreed specifications
- API keys that have been activated and used beyond the threshold mentioned above
- Digital products after successful download, unless proven defective
- Subscription services after 14 days of purchase or substantial usage
- Consultation services canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
